Welcome to Rockbrook Pool! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Rockbrook Pool’s facilities, website, and related services, including communication and payment systems provided through our website, PoolDues. By joining Rockbrook Pool and using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.

Membership Eligibility and Use

• Rockbrook Pool is a private, member-only facility. Membership is required for access and use of the pool and its amenities.
• All members must be in good standing and current on dues to access the facility.
• Memberships are non-transferable and may be subject to revocation for violation of these Terms.

Payments and Fees

• All membership dues, guest fees, and other applicable charges must be paid through our website, PoolDues, or by contacting the Pool Board at information@rockbrookpool.com.
• Payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Late payments may result in suspension or termination of membership privileges.

Pool Rules and Conduct

• All members and their guests must comply with Rockbrook Pool’s posted rules and staff instructions at all times.
• Unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the premises and potential suspension or termination of membership.

Guest Policy

• Members may bring guests according to the current guest policy here. Guest fees may be paid in advance via PoolDues or at time of arrival at the front desk.
• Members are responsible for the conduct of their guests.

PoolDues Platform Usage

• PoolDues is a third-party platform used for communication and financial transactions. By using PoolDues, you agree to their terms of service and privacy policy.
• Rockbrook Pool is not responsible for outages, errors, or breaches related to the PoolDues platform.

Communication

• Official communications, including updates, announcements, and billing notices, will be sent via PoolDues and Textedly, our texting service.
• Members are responsible for ensuring their contact information is up to date within the PoolDues platform.
• By texting the keywords to the numbers to OPT IN, you agree to receive automated informational messages. Terms and privacy policy can be found at https://rockbrookpool.com/privacy-policy-16-2/. You may receive up to 5 msgs per month. Txt and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to END or HELP for help.

Cancellations and Refunds

• Members may cancel their membership according to our cancellation policy stated in the annual member letter.
• Refunds, if any, will be processed in accordance with Rockbrook Pool’s refund policy.

Privacy

• Rockbrook Pool respects your privacy and will only use your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy linked at the bottom of our webpage.

Liability Waiver

• By using the pool and its facilities, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks involved in swimming and recreational activities. Rockbrook Pool is not liable for injuries, accidents, or lost/stolen property.

Changes to Terms

• Rockbrook Pool reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be communicated via PoolDues and posted on our website.
